DHEL Universal Foundation occasionally distributes physical goods (such as acknowledgment letters, merchandise, certificates, or in-kind donation receipts) in connection with our fundraising campaigns, donor programs, or collaborations with partner NGOs.

1. Delivery Methods

  • Depending on the nature of the item, deliveries may be made via:
    • Registered Courier/Logistics Services
    • Speed Post (India Post)
    • Email (for digital certificates or receipts)
  • Physical items will be shipped to the address provided during donation or registration. Please ensure that your contact and address details are accurate.

  • Most shipping of certificates, acknowledgment letters, and merchandise is free of cost within India unless otherwise stated on the specific campaign page.
  • In some cases, shipping fees (e.g., for merchandise or bulk items) may be applicable and will be clearly mentioned before checkout.

4. International Delivery

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping for physical items. However, donors outside India will receive all acknowledgments and receipts via email.
