By accessing or using the Platform provided by DHEL Universal Foundation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is solely owned by DHEL Universal Foundation. All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its design, content, and functionality, are the property of DHEL Universal Foundation.

DHEL Universal Foundation is responsible for operating, maintaining, and managing the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access and use of the Platform comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and the services provided. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. They establish your rights, responsibilities, and the limitations of our liability.

2.1 Platform Services, Collection, and Disbursement Modus

The Platform provides services related to fundraising, donations, and charitable activities. Funds collected via campaigns are processed and disbursed in accordance with the Platform’s policies and applicable regulations. DHEL Universal Foundation reserves the right to amend the disbursement procedures as needed.

2.2 Campaigns and Donations

  • Campaign Creation: Users may create fundraising campaigns on the Platform. Each campaign must comply with our guidelines and any applicable laws.
  • Donations: Donations made through the Platform are final. Campaign details and fund-raising information provided by the campaigner must be accurate and up-to-date.

2.3 Charges/Fees/Tips for Campaigns and Donations

Any fees, charges, or tips applicable to campaigns and donations will be clearly disclosed on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to pay any such fees as part of your transactions.

2.4 Eligibility of Users

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction to register and use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

2.5 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.6 Usage Terms

2.6.1 General Conditions

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party.
  • You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Platform.

2.6.2 Campaigner Dashboard

A dedicated dashboard is provided for campaigners to manage their fundraising campaigns, monitor donations, and access reporting tools. You agree to use this dashboard solely for the purposes of managing your campaigns.

2.6.3 Reporting Requirements

Campaigners may be required to maintain accurate records and submit periodic reports regarding the receipt and use of funds. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your campaign privileges.

  1. Terms for Donors

3.1 General Conditions

  • Donors agree to use the Platform exclusively to make donations to approved campaigns.
  • All donations are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your donation is made to the intended campaign.

3.2 Receipts and Tax Exemption Certificates
Upon processing a donation, the Platform will issue a donation receipt. Currently, we do not provide tax exemption certificates as the certification process is still underway. Donors are advised to retain their donation receipts for record-keeping purposes.

  1. Platform Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform.
  • Use automated methods (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Platform without prior written consent.
  1. Other Covenants

You agree to adhere to all additional instructions, policies, and guidelines issued by DHel Universal Foundation regarding the use of the Platform. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your use of the Platform does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of any entity for which you register.
  1. Proprietary Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, and content, are owned by DHEL Universal Foundation or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Availability of Platform

While we strive to ensure that the Platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Platform without prior notice for maintenance or upgrades.

  1. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DHEL Universal Foundation disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if your use of the Platform is deemed detrimental to other users or the Platform.

You may opt-out of non-essential communications at any time, but this will not affect transactional messages or legally required communications.
